Tenant's right of first refusal to buy the freehold of their building

If a landlord wishes to sell the freehold of a building containing flats, in certain circumstances the leaseholders have a right of first refusal to purchase the freehold before the landlord can sell to a third party on the open market.

Strict requirements apply so, if you are a landlord wanting to sell, we can advise whether the building qualifies and offering the freehold to the leaseholders is necessary.
