Kerri Riordan

Biography

Kerri joined the firm in March 2021 having previously worked for firms in Australia, as well as here in the UK in Kent and the South East.

Kerri studied at the University of Sheffield before moving to Australia for several years on, what was supposed to be, a gap year. When Kerri returned to the UK, she completed the LPC at the University of Law in London and qualified as a Solicitor in November 2020 during the throes of a global pandemic.

Kerri works in the Property team dealing with all aspects of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and more complex transactions such as first registrations.

Outside of work Kerri is a Scout leader and in rare moments of free time Kerri enjoys working on her allotment, exploring the outdoors, cooking and spending time with her family and loved ones.
