Biography
Michael is the head of our Private Client team and is responsible for the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Court of Protection matters. Michael has more than 14 years' experience, gained at a reputable regional law firm, in all Private Client matters, including elderly and vulnerable clients and mental capacity issues.
Michael is also the Deputy Vice President of the Kent Law Society. In 2021, Michael was awarded Will Writer of the year at the NPA awards, which recognises lawyers on a national basis, which celebrates the modern and alternative approach to qualifying as a lawyer and was also highly commended at the British Wills and Probate Awards in 2023.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with family, travelling, playing/watching golf and watching football.
